Apart form the, erm “Practical difficulties” mentioned in the article, did anyone notice the shape of the front of the proposed Russian tram?
With a downward-facing wedge – almost a sort of “reverse cowcatcher” – not compliant with Health & Safety regs, I’d say (!)
