The “Undergound Train Tracker” article makes it seem that some unscrupulous US con or scam artist is trying it on – in an area where the law is different.
It is to be hoped that Mr Somerville & TfL get this sorted out & get the fake interveners to “Cease & Desist”
I have complained to TfL about their mistreatment of Matthew and told them they should remonstrate with whoever sent those emails.
Are we not still assuming that the ‘TfL Trademark Enforcement Team’ is a fake or at most a very general US subscription for copyright image protection. If they exist some TfL name and the Mayor’s office should apologize.
UPDATE
Mr Somervilles tracker is back up & running again
There is unofficial “word” that TfL hired outside “consultants” who plainly hadn’t a clue ..But we couldn’t possibly speculate on that, could we?
The CLondoner92 post has been updated with the response from TfL explaining their apology, and their removal of the trademark infringement takedown request. LBM
