  1. Inflated Scottish rail fares are in sharp contrast to what is charged by Citilink, Megabus, Flixbus and Ember between Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee and Aberdeen. And concession-card holders go free. And rail services are subject to cancellation because of staff shortage or strike action.

  2. The real death trap on American roads are the comically large pickup trucks that has so bad visibility that drivers risk running over pedestrians without even noticing it. 🙁

  3. @Long Branch Mike: Yes, I was a little behind the news cycle with that one! As of Monday August 26th it seems commuter services will run as usual on both CP and CN.
