    “the cost of the 0.4-mile (600m) tramway is about £23.42M”

    Does it go at 200mph ?

    Yeah, 600m still leaving 150m walk to the station, with no provision for further extension, and all to provide a measly 2 trams per hour in each direction.

    Might as well not have bothered
