The retirement of the class 90’s is a vastly regressive step
I would guess that it is mainly because of some of the vast pile of perverse incentives that are around transport, generally, in this country.
E.G. Electrifying road transport is seen as “good”, but the railways “bad” because “it’s expensive” … and electrifying road transport isn’t?
Um.
“Google Maps” – not that “Bing” is any better, now.
So many adverts that you cannot actually read the maps – there really should be a way, even temporarily, of turning them off [Snip. LBM]
I’m afraid the complaints about Google Maps pushing advertisements were somewhat undermined when the website in question started asking if it could push notifications to my browser.
