Now that all diesel trains have been eliminated from Kings Cross, I wonder what the impact on the air quality results has been?

There’s a lot of slow-moving diesel-powered transport just outside the station, isn’t there?
And are not some of the non-franchise/open access operators still using diesels? Admittedly a very small proportion of the total.
The change in air quality at Paddington was very noticeable when it went electric.
Greg T…Hull Trains in the process of changing over to bi-mode trains – electric at Kings Cross, leaving Grand Central with the last of the diesels. I’d forgotten the open access operators when responding earlier!
