  1. Germany is doing it right, meanwhile here, the party in power appears to be still looking to emulate Serpell & Marples …..
    Even the USA is heading i that direction too (maybe) from that NYT article

  2. The article about Brussels calls the Berlin S-bahn and the Paris RER light rail. This sets alarm bells ringing as to the accuracy of any of the other facts in the article
