First China to UK rail freight service arrives in London (Railway Gazette)

  2. Barking freight has former Ford sidings, HS1, and proximity to London.
    Then what happens ? If it’s Continental Gauge it can’t go any further so do they trans-ship containers?

    Seems like a congested area to introduce additional freight unless it’s all destined for London by road.
