The day before the famous London to Brighton Car Run, up to 125 of the 500 vintage cars will be on display in Regents Street.

Chance to watch over 500 pre-1905 motor cars start the famous road rally.

Monthly open day at the museum of materials testing in Southwark. One very big machine and lots of small ones.

Urban Legends of the London Underground with ghosts, ghouls, friendly terrorists and secret tunnels
Just round the corner from London Bridge station. £2.50
Steam Trains in London Tornado & Bittern Sat 13th Nov All Day
The UK’s newest train, the 60163 Tornado will be making a trip out of (and back to) Victoria Station, while the 60019 Bittern will be running from Kings Cross station – and back again later.
Free to watch from suitable points along the railway and stations.
