One of the major features of the Whitechapel design is the “station bridge” this was visible in our earlier Whitechapel post as well, the images from which I have also included here.
Access to the station will be via a single entrance within the (remodelled) current entrance, and the walkway is intended to act as a new pedestrian route between Whitechapel High Street and the communities to the north.
